About this format:
Participants will create and deliver an oration (10 minute time limit)
that can be either persuasive or expository in nature.
Do not use a piece that more than one year old.
Speeches should be memorized, although competitors may reference a written manuscript if needed.
Judges are encouraged to penalize speakers who violate the ten minute time limit.
